AI Dubbing is Making Videos Multilingual and Accessible.

ElevenLabs, a voice synthesis startup founded by former Google and Palantir employees, has introduced AI Dubbing, a revolutionary tool that translates speech into over 20 languages, simplifying the traditionally manual process of dubbing audio and video content.

This feature not only promises high-quality translations but also preserves the speaker's original voice and emotions, making it accessible and cost-effective for smaller content creators. The tool's multilingual support and automatic processing offer an all-encompassing solution. There is a rapidly growing market for such tools, which is expected to reach nearly $5 billion by 2032, emphasizing the increasing importance of AI-driven language solutions in today's digital landscape.

Adobe Flexes with next-gen AI photo editing tools

Adobe felt the pressure from Canva, which gave us some amazing image editing features a few weeks ago and recently previewed Project Stardust, a next-generation AI-powered photo editing tool, at its MAX conference.

Powered by Firefly Model 2, Stardust lets users easily remove objects and people, change backgrounds, and creatively edit images with AI assistance. It combines object recognition, generative fill, and other AI models to enable quick and intuitive edits. While similar to Google's Magic Editor, Stardust demonstrates Adobe's progress in developing advanced AI photo editing that makes complex edits seem easy. Though still a sneak preview, Stardust provides a glimpse of how AI could transform photo editing in the future.

Additionally, Adobe introduced the "icon of transparency" to authenticate digital images, combat misinformation, and avoid copyright issues. However, its unclear meaning may confuse rather than clarify.

8 Steps to Avoid AI from Hallucinating

We've witnessed instances where ChatGPT and similar AI tools provide responses that are entirely inaccurate and far from the mark. While the technology has made incredible strides in recent months, it still requires ongoing refinement and training. In the interim, we can employ the following strategies to steer our conversations toward the outcomes we desire and minimize hallucinations.

2. Avoid unrelated concepts: Don't mix unrelated ideas, like crop yields and computer graphics.

3. Avoid impossible scenarios: Stick to real-world scenarios, not physics-defying ones.

4. Avoid fiction: Use real concepts, not fictional ones like vibranium.

5. Avoid contradictions: Ensure prompts don't contradict established facts.

6. Avoid misusing science: Use scientific terms accurately in prompts.

7. Avoid blending realities: Keep elements within the same reality in prompts.

8. Avoid uncharacteristic properties: Don't attribute unusual properties, e.g., butterfly wings affecting weather.

By following these steps and providing clear, factual prompts, you can reduce the likelihood of AI generating hallucinated or fabricated responses in your articles and summaries.
