It conducts research in various forms of AI and develops technologies like augmented and artificial reality. Meta AI has made significant advancements, predicting 3D protein shapes and developing language models like LLaMA. Their AI tools aim to improve user experiences and enable new capabilities. Currently, over a billion users have access to Meta AI through Facebook Messenger, Instagram chats, and WhatsApp.

Meta AI chatbots can: Answer questions, Generate text, Translate languages, Summarize text, Entertain with jokes and trivia, and Assist with tasks among other things. In the future, they may become your full personal assistant with access to calendars, your IG and Facebook accounts, and WhatsApp conversations.

Bluedot is an AI-powered Chrome extension for Google Meet.

How to record Google Meet meetings using the Bluedot extension:

1. Install Bluedot Extension: Add it from the Chrome Web Store.

2. Create/Log in to Bluedot Account: Sign up or log in for free.

3. Start Meeting: Open Google Meet and begin your meeting.

4. Record: Click the Bluedot icon in your browser to start recording.

5. End Recording: Click the Bluedot icon again when you're done.

6. View Recordings: Find your recordings and transcripts in the Bluedot app.

7. Share: Use the 'Share' button in Bluedot to distribute your meeting materials.

This method allows you to bypass the need for a paid Google Workspace account, making it easier to record, transcribe, and share your meetings.

Despite its capabilities, adoption varies, with the need for more real-life examples to showcase its benefits. The technology primarily aids in idea generation and task assistance, with a human often in the loop to refine AI-generated outputs. As generative AI evolves, so too will its applications, suggesting a promising future for those who harness it effectively.

How to Improve your Social Media game using AI

1. Provide diverse, high-quality prompts: You could give your AI (chatGPT, Claude, PI) examples of different types of social media posts (text, images, videos) across platforms like Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, etc.

2. Define learning objective: The goal is for the model to understand the fundamental concepts, terminology, and best practices of using various social media platforms effectively.

3. Use clear prompts: "Explain the key elements of a viral tweet" or "Describe the difference between an Instagram Story and an Instagram Feed post."

4. Share examples: Show samples of popular/engaging social media content and break down what makes them effective.

5. Provide feedback, monitor, and adjust: If it struggles with grasping certain concepts, rephrase prompts or provide more examples in those areas.

6. Avoid biases: Don't introduce harmful stereotypes or unethical practices related to social media usage.

7. Evaluate outputs and Iterate: Assess if the explanations demonstrate a clear understanding and build on initial learning with more advanced prompts about social media strategies, analytics, advertising, etc.
