You Can Generate AI images from the Google Search bar

Google now allows users to generate AI images directly from its Search bar through the Search Generative Experience (SGE) feature. Users must opt-in for Labs and SGE to use this feature. (Opt-in Here)

Users describe what they want, and Google offers four image options for selection and further refinement, and images can be exported or downloaded. However, this feature is limited to the US, English-language applications, and users over 18. It also restricts the creation of photorealistic human faces and images of notable people. Google is using SynthID, a metadata watermark, to denote generated images. Availability is expanding to more users soon via the Labs tab on the Google app and Chrome desktop.

Ten Tips to Get Your “Midjourney” Game Up

  1. Be Concise - Use just a few keywords in prompts to start. Add or remove terms to tweak the image. Keep prompts short to see how words impact output.

  2. Use a Prompt Generator - Tools like ChatGPT provides new descriptive terms and concepts to expand prompt ideas.

  3. Experiment with the Creative Tag - Adding "-creative" encourages more vivid, unusual outputs to explore new creative spaces.

  4. Adjust the Stylize Factor - The "-stylize" tag blends faces with landscapes based on the value set. Higher numbers yield more abstract, dreamlike images.

  1. Refine with Negative Keywords - Terms preceded by "-" are subtracted from the prompt to remove undesired aspects and finesse the output.

  2. Separate Concepts with Multiprompts - The "::" operator isolates keywords to prevent unintended associations between concepts.

  3. Adjust Term Weight - Place numbers after terms with "::" to emphasize their importance over other terms in the prompt.

  4. Choose Aspect Ratios with "-ar" - Select common ratios like "-ar 16:9" for landscape or "-ar 2:3" for portrait to suit different media.

  5. Use Private Messaging - Send prompts directly to the Midjourney bot for an organized workspace.

  6. Customize Settings - The "/settings" command allows adjustments to quality, speed, and more settings without changing prompts.
